How it works:

The fixed fee of £985.00 will include the following:

• A standard company property brochure.
• Full support, assistance and advice throughout the selling process.
• Liaising & organization of all viewings between the seller & the viewer.
• A local dedicated estate agent on hand to answer any questions you may have.
• Advertising on: Rightmove, Prime location & Zoopla until the property sells.

Additional services provided:

• Professional full glossy brochures: £250 for 20 copies.
• EPC (required by law): £55.00
• Floor plan: £30.00
• Accompanied viewings: £30.00 per viewing.
• Premium listing on Rightmove: £55.00
• For sale sign: £25.00
• Additional advertising via, newspaper & magazines POA
• Virtual tour £125.00
